Needs a user guide
The booklet that comes with the item isn’t very useful as it is very simple and explains in pictures.
I managed to find a user guide on the TTS website but that wasn’t much help in explaining how to connect the data loggers to the iPad. Expensive equipment when buying many of them with poor guidance.

Useless
I have sent numerous emails and chats to support but no one seems to be able to respond with an answer. There are no instructions on how to use the app whatsoever.
I’ve tried to understand it myself but half the time the loggers will not show to connect, then I’m not sure what some of the buttons are for not the screen.
I’ve pressed a few and learnt some of them myself through experimentation. Found that I could download the graphs and tables and it tells me that I have downloaded a PNG or csv file but who know where it saved to because I can’t find it.
A response would be really nice in the first instance and a manual for the app would be useful too.
Spent over £1000 on a class set of these and at the moment they are useless!
