Momo issues and dark themes

Everything else is fine but the momo keeps asking to disconnect from Wi-Fi after I do that it asked to confirm connectivity to the Sim card but still doesn’t work.

Also not to be picky but a dark theme option won’t be bad

No longer able to view airtime and bundle balance

The app's current condition is quite poor. I can no longer check my airtime and bundle balance; it incorrectly shows I have 0.00 airtime. Additionally, tapping on the detailed balance section causes the app to freeze, requiring a restart to use it again. This is unacceptable and needs urgent attention.

Hey there!

This app is cool and easy to use but this few days it’s working at all , anytime i opened the app then it keep saying connecting error or please connect to internet which I don’t understand, please work this issue out for us , thank you

I am no more able to use the app. I’ve called several times to complain without any success. Formerly it was working perfectly. For the past 6 weeks, it has not been working

My balances are not showing!

I’ve been using this app for a while now & it’s been cool. Most of the features I need usually work & it’s faster than using shortcodes & USSD. I am on the latest Update but for the Past week I CANNOT SEE MY BALANCES on the homescreen & there isn’t any option to do so within the app. If this is not fixed I’d have to uninstall the MTN App cos that’s the only way I can track how I limit your VERY expensive Bundles consumption(apart from mashUp & Midnight bundles). Please fix this bug!

Is about your loan please.

Good afternoon, please I just paid off my loan the date is not even due. But I just paid all to grant a new loan for something urgent and it keep telling me I'm not qualified to take a loan but I should check back regularly which I don't understand. Please explain to me I need money to pay for something urgent please do something. Thank you

This was downloaded and use the Ghana but as I got to UK it doesn't function anymore. The OTP isn't coming to my msg. Is the app service limited to Ghana alone not other locations?

Buggy but shows promise

The app was fine a few weeks ago but now I find it unusable. The Momo bit is broken, wants me to get off WiFi first, which I do, then it tells me “ Please ensure connectivity with your MTN data sim in your mobile device.” Called customer care, no solution. I tried to get a mash up bundle and that didn’t work either. It fails at the last point where they have to send a prompt for my pin. Finally managed to do it with the USSD. And with that the flash message appeared with the transaction details empty. Entering my pin resulted in transaction failed. Had to go and get it done in the approvals section. I’m still giving 4 stars because there have been periods I enjoyed using it over the last year.
