After updating to the current version, any time I open the app it shuts down immediately

Mandatory network use
Why should it be compulsory to use MTN network before I can access my Momo account.
So if I have internet bundle from other networks I can use it?

Always has issues
This always has issues and bugs upon every update. This time is keeps prompting me to mobile data internet connection to access mobile money service even if I’m using mobile data service already.
Loading credit
I have run out of credit and i am unable to load more via the app? It has been coming up with technical issue every time i try to purchase more credit. I dont understand the point of this app if i cannot use it for its intended purpose?
This app is still buggy after the latest update
Why can’t you just make sure everything works before you release an update. I’ve been experiencing the same issue when I try and transfer airtime to another mtn number using my available airtime balance . Initially it will work once or twice and then just stops working until you uninstall and reinstall . Now it doesn’t work at all after the latest update. I am not impressed by such trivial issues that can be easily resolved.

Feature removal
The new design for the app is great but not being able to check the bundle of the sim in my turbonet modem from the app has been a bit problematic.
Multiple failed transactions
When buying an airtime or bundle you will have to try several times before one transaction go through and it’s annoying. Something must be done about it immediately. Previous app Ui was not that catchy but you can’t take away it performance.. this current ui is a bit messy.
New app
The new app is not working well and you can’t use it pay momo merchant number
Buggy New interface
The new update with the revamped UI has totally messed up my experience with the app, the previous UI wasn’t all that intuitive but it functioned, but the new UI is just a mess, and all am seeing on my Home section, are tabs I don’t normally use, and I cannot reorder the tabs to pull up the tabs I need to show information I need, this is really annoying. I don’t think this app has been optimised for some phones.
