No good

I rarely give reviews on apps since it either works for me or doesn’t
But this Your new or updated app is simply not up to the task, it keeps telling me “error, sorry, there appears to be a hitch” and then takes me back to the homepage to start the whole error process again.
I have searched in vain for the merchant ID portal and can’t find it
I am unable to use the momo….naaah no good. Let us go back to the 170…😩😩😩

Wi-Fi balance?

When connected to the router Wi-Fi. I’m unable to check the Wi-Fi balance with the app.
This was an important feature because the SIM card is in the router and can’t easily be removed.
I saw someone else pointed this out.
Please re-add the feature as there is no way to check data on a router SIM card anymore.

I have always wanted the seamlessly perfect looking user interface and you guys delivered

Works better now, but still not good enough

The app now works fast and fluid for most of the things I want to do, like buying bundle and momo stuffs. But a lot of the other things like caller tunez, IDD, mtn pulse(the worst of them all), just feels slow, buggy and terrible ui. Why add mtn pulse if most of the information there are outdated. When I click on caller tunez, it’s like I am in a different app.
Also, why are you showing an ad for “2 tickets for the price of 1” in the shop section if I can’t click on it to see what it is about.

The app is now way better than before, but a lot of things still feels like a cheap import from the old app.

Poor service

Services are really awful. Wish there was a credible alternative

I lost 30ghc due to the new stupid bug fix of whatever trying to get data from Momo on there they sent me the message that the money had been deducted but there was no data I have waited for 2 days thinking maybe it’s a the network but still nothing my money is gone for nothing or what ghana is hard ohh I don’t like the fact that we do transactions on our own account and lost money for no reason even if it’s little to you it’s something to me

Why do I need data before I can access the app

I don’t see why I have to get data before I can get to use the same app that I wanna purchase data or bundles with. It’s not laudable at all. MTN you can do better please makes it very irritating especially if you wanna buy data but keeps on tell you to check your internet service first. Please it shouldn’t be so

Great potential

This app use to work seamlessly for me.
But lately it has been so so bad.
Slow to load and always reads a connecting error.
Its very frustrating as it was very easy to use an great interface but now its useless.

Not so good

It looks like this app is only meant to be used in Ghana and probably Africa. When you travel outside of Africa it doesn’t work. Why should an app be created to only use one network. MTN should realise that there are others who use their SIM cards outside Ghana and knowing very well that their network has poor internet service outside the country they should allow the app to be accessed on other isp’s. SHAME

App too slow and mostly unresponsive

Dear MTN / Developer,
This app is mostly unresponsive and unable to open on the iPhone. When it does open (rarely), it is extremely slow, bugged, give error messages for transactions it literally previously performed seamlessly. The app urgently need a major upgrade/refresh. Thank you.
