Limited services
Option to allow cash-out should be added to the mobile money section as well as financial services such as the Qwik loan. Besides that the app is great and easy to use.

No Self Service To Control The Account.
Maybe adding the self service back on the app will good.
Mobile money interface
Am sorry I had to uninstall this app. It’s a very nice easy made app which everyone can use but one platform makes it incomplete which is the mobile money section . There must be a page for mobile money because not everyone buys or send crdts all the time but with momo. Every sec momo is on. Management must work it out and the app is going to be soo lit
