This is a great purchase for anyone who loves horses and wants to learn more! Only one suggestion- please make accessing the episodes of a video series easier. It’s extremely difficult to figure out how to get to the episode list. There should be a menu option in a video to go to the episode list. ;)

This is the best thing I have ever seen
Majority of videos aren't subtitled
I joined because I thought this would be a good option for me to learn more about training as a deaf equestrian and imagine my disappointment where almost all of the videos aren't subtitled or accessible for deaf people. I'm unsubscribing from this app.

I love it. It has tons of great information to help along DIY Trainers like myself. I say DIY as I can comfortably train my own horses by myself using all information provided here. Carson James is a huge contributor to building my confidence by instilling the knowledge of how horses are hardwired to work. The shows and movies on here are pretty great also!! Best subscription for the horsey obsessed people.

No support/access and fraudulent charges
They can’t figure out how to get me into my account which I have had for months. All the while I’m getting charged for it with no access. I’m sick of paying for something I can’t use and no one can help me use. All I get is emails asking for more bank information. I will be disputing the charges in hopes I can recover some of the money.
**Update**
After almost two years I’m still being charged the monthly fee. They think they are clever billing as a new name. My bank is helping me keep Horse TV from charging me again. I would caution anyone from signing up for Horse TV.

Hey there! Sorry you're having trouble getting into your account. We did a huge update on November 1st and there were a few accounts that needed to reset their password to re-gain access. If you're still having trouble, please contact support. We will get you logged in and issue a refund for any time you didn't get to watch.
