Fantastic service!
Always enjoy ordering chicken from the South Westnedge location - they do a great job of getting my orders right! Tried the other chicken many times but they screw up every time - The Colonel would be beside himself if he was still alive! The Lee’s Famous Recipe crew is great!
Best service ever
I just wanna give the ladies working the props they truly deserve. It was pretty busy when I picked up but they were happy and friendly and were taking care of everyone quickly. I wish there were more places with service like this!!
Order not complete
Although the food is good, it takes the restaurant down a couple notches when they can’t get your order correct. I got the 12pc breast strips meal with 3 sides. Well I didn’t get my 3rd side, green beans. So we had chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy with biscuits. No green beans! $37 for this meal. I am making this out to be a big deal because it seems no one pays attention anymore. It’s almost expected that you won’t get a complete order when you order out. Restaurant personnel are not checking orders & no one is double checking. Customers then end up with a partial order. It happens far too often. You’re surprised when you get a full order!
People are stretching their dollars as far as possible to feed their families & for someone not to take a minute to double check an order are not doing their jobs & will get a bad review &/or start losing customers. Come on people! Step it up! I know it’s not your dream job, but have some pride in what you’re doing, even if it’s scrubbing toilets! Someone will appreciate it! Even if they don’t, you can always go to bed at night knowing you did your job to the best of your ability.

Rewards don’t work and won’t stay signed in
Old app version was better. Won’t keep me signed in. Keeps signing out after about 5-10 minutes. Rewards won’t apply even though I spent $26 and bought 3 meals…for a free drink? Luckily local restaurant has good customer service and gave me free drink.
Advertised specials don’t show
Everytime I see a special such as buffalo collection, theres an order now option, but the food doesn’t show up on the menu choices!!!! This is the 2nd special that doesn’t show up as an actual order choice!!! Why advertise it if its not going to show up!!!

Horrible service! Great chicken.
Ordered online waited 15 min after it was supposed to be ready. They served 2 ppl who ordered after me the same thing I had ordered. When I asked why the said they were waiting on tenders. So I brought up that is what they served the other ppl as well.
New app is terrible
Just trying to scan my receipt for my points and can’t even get logged in. I followed all the instructions to make sure my account was up to date - per all the emails from Lee’s - before the update. Now after the update, I can’t log in, and when I try to make a new account, which is what the app tells you to do - I get a spinning wheel and nothing happens. This is total garbage. Thanks for ruining a good thing.

App problems
Unable to load points from the receipt that we received after paying for my meal. There are no numbers on the receipt. No one at the restaurant could help. Would give five stars if I could load my points. I like the old version of the app. It did work
New app deleted rewards
This app update deleted every customers reward points. You changed from the reward per meal to a point system. Very uncool.
Needs applepay support
Frankly it needs to have applepay support. Don’t feel like adding a credit card.
