Great food
I’ve been eating here as long as I can remember, always hot food and excellent service
Whats the point ?
I have gone to 2 different locations in 3 different states since i got the app which is of little use. At two of the stores they had no idea how the app was used and at one of them the app claims the store was open for five hours later than it actually was.
The one store that knew about the app said i would have to jump through a lot of hoops to get a credit for my purchase which i have been unable to do since my phone is lacking another app they said i needed.
Like their food and often go out of my way to get it. Miss the two stores they had in my home town when i was a kid.

First app order
Seemed like people were clueless about my order and they didn’t get the order completed. I’ll still patronize Lees as the food is good and most people are friendly. However I doubt I order on the app again.
Great food and value!
We really enjoy our meal at Lee’s Famous Fried Chicken. The service was exceptional and so was the food! We will eat there again soon!
Chicken
The Berea, Ky store is a great place to get your chicken! I been going there for years and never had a problem with my orders. I work at the station across the road from Clark’s Arco. They recently built a KFC right beside our station. I use to love KFC, but after trying both a few times Lee’s famous recipe original is by far the best. I hope this helps you make your next decision. Oh the potato wedges are to die for and they have very good corn on the cob!

This visit the mashed potatoes and gravy were cold and the chicken wasn’t freshly made.
Normally, this restaurant is the best with the hottest food. Must’ve came at wrong time of day.

Work Fast Food App
True incompetence in design of this app. Definitely giving it one star is generous. I am a frequent customer of the restaurant and think the app is so bad that I gave up on it twice. I have now deleted it entirely. My advice—Enjoy Lee’s, but don’t even waste your time with this terrible app.
Poor app
This app is terrible. It automatically saved my payment method for future use. I never do that. It’s unsafe and a good way to get hacked. There is no way to remove your payment information! You also can’t order single items on this app.

SOOOO GOOOD
We went to Milan, TN and ordered family meal using the rewards app! Super easy to use! Hoping for Apple Pay next time so I don’t need to pull out my cc 😂
