Horrible to use and click between pages. Confusing language and many different pages which basically do the same thing.

Needs ability to preorder and pay
Without preorder ability its an average at best app. Its easier and more efficient to keep a loyalty card.
Pre order option
Can you add in the option to pre order coffees in a future release? You’re halfway there having the ability to pay for coffee and food from the app.
Can't buy food and coffee in one transaction
App only allows you to earn rewards on Coffee. Fair enough. However it's unintuitive to have to therefore pay seperately for food and coffee. - Please fix this!

We want to highlight everyone earns 8% back on everything (not just coffee) they buy and payment can be made with the app as well as earning & redeeming Sierra Rewards - yes, we support want you want. Just link your debit or credit card so in one easy scan you’ve paid, earned Sierra dollars and redeemed your deals and Sierra Rewards.
