Poor inventory management, bad UI, bad tracking, and VERY rude staff
Inventory on the app is often not accurate. Your doorbell will ring and the app will say it hasn’t even been dispatched. The “quantity” field on the shopping cart is under a horizontal rule in the same section as an adjacent item and confusing. Last order they forgot an $80 bottle I purchased, and instead of apologizing for the mistake they said, “Sorry you feel that way.” They blame customers being upset at their own mistakes.
