Lots of lags when trying to use this app the outdated forms take forever to pull up and it’s not user friendly. Theres many improvements to be made. This is a joke compared other apps that could be used wish Canada life never agreed to using this nonsense

Plain & Simple

Great easy to use app with Key helping points along the way

Log in is ridiculous

This app was okay when I downloaded it for work 6 months ago. A recent update made it insufferably slow to log in and also shortened the signed in length, requiring more frequent insufferably slow log in. The last update has rendered not even openable. This is basically a browser more than an app, I don’t understand why it is so clunky but it’s not acceptable for an app I have to use to log work hour several times a day.

Not sure what the point of this app is. Every link redirects to safari. Wish my company never used this platform.

Only one app is load able on phone. There should be options to add other locations with out logging out.

This app performs like it’s 2008

Lots of lags when trying to use this app the outdated forms take forever to pull up and it’s not user friendly. Theres many improvements to be made it’s as if when I open this app I’m transported back in time and not in a good way it’s 2024 get your app up to speed with the times smh

Very Limited Use

I was hoping this app would provide more convenience away from my desktop, but in practice, it has been very limited to the point of being almost useless. Currently, I only use it to respond to iOS notifications, which takes me to the item number in the app. If I lose the notification or it doesn’t come in, I have no way of finding the item number. I can’t access my review/approval or even conduct a basic search from within the app. Which mean in many cases, I have to go back to my desktop, which is time-consuming due to the multiple layers I have to log into. This app misses the mark for me. I tried to submit feedback and was prompted to contact a sysadmin. Really? They didn’t make the app, so why would they care? Unless they are configuring what is available in the app, leading to a subpar experience. Who knows? And who cares I’m not going to attempt to navigate that maze. But right now, it’s very disappointing.

Mobile client exceeded expectations

I thought the mobile experience of Service Now would cumbersome and boring. I’m happy to report this is not the experience. I like the notifications and the ability to modify a scheduled appointment
