Does not sync and crashes
Currently using this app and you constantly have to close and reopen the app to get any of your data to sync. Often times the app crashes and support is next to useless. Their support is outsourced to the Philippines and is extremely basic.
STAY AWAY!
I am with this amateur company for almost 8 years since they was called “Send a job” and I won’t recommend them to anyone. The software is built by amateurs, that can’t address serious bags and issues with their app and website.
I am so desperate with them and I am paying almost 300$ a month and the system they provide for this money is a JOKE!.
Their “customer support” centre located in the Philippines, and all of them have no idea what are talking about and have 0 understanding in customer support.
Just stay away from this joke as you will 100% regret it.

Terrible app Don’t buy them
So the subscription plan is pricy and you have to pay an extra for the IP phone line which cost expensive for 1000 calls and 1000 text messages. You will have to pay extra for each next text or phone call. The app does not work like it supposed to be. Each next update brings more problem then before. The IT developers team don’t do any pre test and bugs fixing. If you try to chatting wit customer support about the system bug or mobile app problem it may takes a few weeks to get your request done or they will transfer you to ‘new feature request’ option
