UI needs a lot of work
It's extremely difficult to order food with this app.

I have frequented Zoup’s on many occasions during the past 2 years, and I have been very pleased with the various soup offerings! My favorites are Jamaican Bay Gumbo and Seafood soups.
The owner and staff are always very friendly and most accommodating whenever I visit. I highly recommend Zoup’s to any one who loves soup and who want soup that is healthy and chocked full of tasty ingredients!

Half birthday reward
Sad the kids at the store would not accept my email stating I had a free half birthday soup to redeem. ( not expired) we could not get app to give them a bar code. I still ordered soup I asked for help and they were to busy to help and said I would have to figure it out myself. 70 years old and hate the new tech but figured it out myself and still enjoyed my soup but sad everyone is so busy today they no longer trust people and I even showed them I was a previous customer by my old texts. Choices so many
It took a while for me to decide what I wanted. Good was looking so awesome. I got the Cali chicken with grilled cheese dippers and tomato soup. Being a soup lover this brought me home. Seriously delicious.
Still glitches
The app shows that I have 3 alerts or messages, but I can’t access them or even find them. I honestly don’t use the app much and will probably delete it. The app could be easier to use.
This was going to be a 2 star but I have seen improvement.
Apps UI isn’t great, often crashes (not as often anymore)and there’s no way to order just mac and cheese.
I really like the bacon mac so I was going to order some on the app. I don’t want a sandwich or anything else with it so I will stay away from the pick 2. But there isn’t a way to get just max and cheese. Please fix😘

Bad advertising
I received an email for a free cup of soup as a biz reward for being a reward member through the app valid through 10-5-22 that is today so when I could not order through the app I went to the store to get the online order straightened out they told me it expired yesterday and I could get no help,,,bad business 🙄😕

Basic Flaws
Tried to make an order using this app. Only to find out I can’t order a bottled beverage. Reason being that you can’t select a flavor!!! Lost my order due to this simple flaw.
Maybe I’ll order when someone takes the time to fix this problem.
