Frustrating as heck!
Hard to create an account, then immediately tells you your account doesn’t exist, wants to use a third-party to get your marketing data but still has a crappy app. This makes me so angry I won’t even eat there anymore.
Rewards issue
Won’t let me check out as it wants me to get an item to make me eligible in order to claim my reward of a free fountain beverage. I can’t access my rewards to view and make any adjustments.
How do I add points
The locations machine was glitching and I could not enter my number for points. So I got a receipt and downloaded the app to add them manually...there is no where on the app to add points,
Bread option?
Unable to select a type of bread with soup orders. Only option available is “no bread“. Otherwise, nicely laid out and easy to place an order.
App doesn’t work
Sadly this app is stuck in a loop. I enter my location OR I choose my nearest Zoup. I try to start my order OR create an account and I am constantly redirected to the main page over and over. It also doesn’t accept Canadian post codes despite Canadian locations.
Too many glitches
The app crashes if you try to scan a credit card, won’t let you choose a later time, constantly times off. Zoup! has lost money from me as I’m sure they have from others because I simply can’t place the order I want.
App is flawed
I registered on your app to order soup. Upon signing up I got a confirmation email to my address. I attempted to sign in to the app and it repeatedly says the combination does not match. Try again. Well you now lost money as I was going to stop by for some soup. Poorly done on your part. Don’t want my money, fine.

Needs a Serious Update
This app is so outdated and has so many glitches... it’s ridiculous. You can’t set a later pickup time, it literally won’t let you. The app is just not user friendly. Until it gets an update I’m not sure I’ll be ordering from this restaurant.
Blank screen for rewards
I know I have rewards to use but they won’t show in the app! Frustrating!
No Apple Pay
Gets the job done but does not support Apple Pay as near as I can tell—users are forced to expose their card numbers. Would prefer to use Apple Pay!
