Getting worse

With each “upgrade” this app becomes less useful. I rated the original version at four stars, it has decreased with each version. And it’s not just that the functions have moved, the app itself has become less functional. I am tempted to sell my cameras and try a different system. 😬

Not a Fan of the Update

The Thumbnail images are too small on your App update. You’re dedicating too much space to the type of motion and time/date. Which is less important than actually seeing something on the motion timestamped Thumbnail.

App Crashes

App crashes trying to add detection zones. When you try to save after selecting zone hitting the Save button crashes the app.

Awesome update!

Thank you so much for adding the arm/disarm feature! This has made the app so much better and easier to use! The updates keep getting better awesome product! 💯

No Notifications

I have been using since 3 years ago (favorite cameras) everything was good up until a few days ago, I switched phones and now I don’t receive notifications. Tried everything and nothing, contacted customer service and did as I was told and still nothing. I need to receive my notifications again, Please someone help me!

I have one that records and one that doesn’t. But it does notify me that there was movement. I also have two others I can’t get working.

Excellent service

Terrible cameras

This camera will pick up a moth or fly going past or when daylight arrives but will not pick up raccoon 10 feet away Tried to adjust in settings but nothing seems to help I recommend looking for a better system for security

cameras don’t always catch movement and often miss animals walking by including deer.
However in general they work, happy with it.

Very helpful

I’ve been using Defender Guard cameras for a few weeks now, and most of the technology is solid. The detection works well and the cameras are well-made.
I have found that recently the Notification videos of disappeared and don’t even allow me to choose a date
I still would say the hardware is great, and the software is so so.
I also agree that you cannot zoom.
