Great customer service
I love this game! It’s a little challenging yet fun. My fiancé started taking playing after watching me so much. We have always like cooking or chore games, like the laundry game from years ago. He joined before I realized I could invite him to play and get diamonds. Lol. Oh well. Customer service is also quick to answer in the game & via email. I had an issue with an in game purchase I made and they responded fast. They also compensated me for my purchase. I would definitely recommend this game to anyone who likes a fast cooking game.Show lessrockybabies
Fun Game but way too many ads
This is a really fun cooking game. Lots of restaurants to unlock and foods to cook. There’s also some Mini games to play for bonuses. However, there is a crazy amount of ads. Between the in-game purchase ads and ads for other games it really ruins the flow and fun of the game. If there has to be ads for outside games make then happen twice. Once when the restaurant opens and again when you complete it and move onto the next one. Mid game when you are progressing levels really diminishes the fun of this game and makes me not want to spend any money for in game content.Show lessBigjoeyjoe

I usually play this game regularly, ads are a bit much.. so that's when ill drop the phone. I don't mind watching ads on my own to get items but it's after every level .. And I wish I could replay alot of levels !
Anyways the sound is not working at all! And I really enjoyed the music and cooking sounds haha please developer if you could check to see if something is off. I raised my volume all the way and also checked the settings and nothing is off on my sideShow lessSammGore
Have to pay $ to win
So I have been playing this game for quite a while. I have really enjoyed it and have found it to be really relaxing up until recently. While playing certain levels, I have found them to be impossible to win, even with a booster. For instance, level 185: star 2, even with instant cook, you cannot win it. There just isn’t enough time or customers for the amount of coins you need. Therefore, you HAVE to spend money to add time to win. I have played multiple levels like this. Makes me lose interest in the game when I know the developers are just ripping people off.Show lesskelsey5548
New daily task format is awful
Why’d you guys change the daily tasks format? Now there isn’t an option to get the extra time or add a customer reward. Change it back.
I literally played this game daily so I could meet the daily challenge, and get the top prize by the end of the week. Now there isn’t an incentive to play everyday, it’s been a week since I last played. Please change to the old formatShow lesshoagie411
Addicting!
This game is perfect for me, I love repetition type games. Very fun and enjoyable. Of course there are tons of ads and popups but what I appreciate is I’ve made it to level 130 so far without having to spend any money on the game. Other games let you play to a certain point that you end up needing to spend money to continue playing but this one hasn’t so far.Show lessalanaem
A Few Major Flaws
Overall, this game is a lot of fun. However, there are a few issues. The higher levels have way too many sub levels that take forever to complete. Moreover, the only way to complete certain levels is to spend cash to buy boosters. Otherwise, it’s nearly impossible to finish.
This brings me to another major problem. Towards the end of the round, if you haven’t met your goal, a screen pops up asking if you want to spend 100 diamonds to continue trying. Unfortunately, this screen appears while you’re in the middle of playing the game and clicking on food. Subsequently, I’ve lost 100s of diamonds on rounds that I would not have chosen to continue because of the sudden appearance of that screen.
I wrote to the company about the issue, and they refuse to move the pop up screen or return the diamonds. The company obviously places these screens in such a way that players will unintentionally click on it without even realizing what they pressed. Therefore, I won’t spend more money on the game until that issue is addressed.Show lessNyckJ85

Let me start by saying I’ve had a lot of fun playing this game. However, there are some issues. Mainly that certain levels are impossible without boosts. For example, some of the timed levels requires you to cook a certain number of meals. But the duration of the timer is not long enough for enough guests to come in and order the number of meals required for you to pass. In addition there are levels that require you to make a certain amount of money. But even with upgrades and serving as fast as humanly possible you can’t make the money required without using a boost. These levels did not start becoming prevalent till later in the game when you’ve already sunk a lot of time into it. Makes beating the game without spending money impossible, which makes it feel less like a free to play game and more like a pay to win game. All in all, I would give it a try but don’t expect to win unless you are willing to spend some cash.Show lessVitorovito91

I began playing and spent maybe an hour passing levels and being so happy. Happiest I’ve been in a while.
I’m only on the second restaurant and I’ve now given up hope. The levels became insanely hard FAST. too fast. It’s like they want you to be hooked so they trick you into spending money. I don’t see how you could pass the levels I’m on now so early in the game without buying the power ups.
And now I want to cry because I’m stuck and I was in love with the concept of the game. But I won’t be able to play anymore.

Very fun but I hate the click bait
I love this game!! BUT the ads get annoying. There is an option to pay to get rid of them but I just deal with them to keep playing for free. Very challenging and fun levels. But the part I don’t I hate about the game is within the ads there is click bait sometimes. Let’s say an ad is going for 10 seconds and a X appears at top right... you click it thinking the ad is done but nope it’s click bait to take you to the advertisement. In reality when you go back to the game and ad another 10+ seconds of waiting another X will appear on the other side of the screen and THAT is the X you are to click on.
It’s like stealing clicks. It pisses me off. Otherwise I really enjoy the game.Show lessMeMandyB
