Doesn’t load properly, my registered tools are on there but can’t download the certificates… pretty basic app you’d think it would work easy.

App feels like a toddler programmed it. Creating an account and trying to login doesn’t seem to load or work.
This app is a worthless experiment
I downloaded this app so I could get my XXL Warranty but the scanning functionality doesn't work so I had to enter in the information manually. None of the common tools have any images or descriptive text and the app is extremely basic.
I can't read manuals, look at part or electrical diagrams or access training to help me use Metabo products more effectively and keep them in good repair. This isn't useful software for me as a tradesman. This is a stupid widget.
