Ridicilous
It’s a very stupid and confusing business model that they have for something so simple as paying for parking in a specific parking zone. So you enter your parking zone but you cannot pay for it, you can only “check in”. And then they make you jump trough hoops by purchasing something in nearby partner stores and that validates your parking ticket somehow. It’s just easier to pay for parking at the parking stations, this app is wasting time.

Worked well for me
I understand many of the concerns of the negative reviews. For me though, the app worked fine, it was not hard to use, and it saved me a ton of hassle each time I parks at sites or in downtown Reykjavík - probably 20 times in all. Well worth using.
Useless app. Only allowed 1 min max each time.
I am in Reykjavik trying to park at P1 parking lot. Enter my cc. Then changed the desired time. Then click check out. Then my cc was charged for only 1min!! I tried it again, and only 1 min was charged. I wasted my time and money on 2 minutes parking. Seriously. What a useless app.

No price until after you pay
So many annoyances and missed opportunities. Autofill for email and credit card doesn’t work anywhere in the app. The payment part feels extremely dodgy, and the sign up email confirmation went straight to phishing spam. But worst of all, the price for parking was never shown up front. Even when you check out from the parking spot, it just presents the card you saved and says “Pay now” — without a single indication of how much. The price was finally shown _after_ the payment is processed. The transaction fee was also high, or 86 kr on top of a parking cost of 116 kr. I’d highly encourage the developers to try other parking apps and play around with them to see what’s possible here.

Simply doesn’t work
Have not received a PIN even to be able to activate. Used two difference devices and different emails
Easy to use
Easy to use app but good idea to set the reminder so you don’t forget to end your parking. The app assumes you understand the parking system as there are no explanations or links to explain how any of the zones work. The app also uses the term ‘checkout’ which I assumed took me to the checkout to pay. It is actually the term they use to end your parking period. I had a nice parking fine before I realised this.

User friendly and convenient. I like that this can be used pretty much everywhere. I need to park so there is no need for having many parking apps.

Does not work
Attempted to use this app to pay for parking in Akureyri as the city signs instruct to do, it will not take any card and I have no way to pay the parking fee. No way of contacting support.
