IntaPOS Mobile is a restaurant program that perfect application for your restaurant process and that allow restaurant staff to do ordering and allows to customers to order food by using menu card. The app gives a quick overview over the foods and ingredients in the programme. In that application user can select that they need to order as staff or else there can use menu card as customer after entering as staff that allow to view tables that available in restaurant and then that can visit to order panel and if customer that allow to enter menu card without entering any password or user name and that allow to select food and add amount and comments then that food price and total will calculate automatically. ————— FEATURES ————— SECURED AND USER FRIENDLY Manage all the transactions with authentication tickets and identify the device id before process the transactions. Easy to configure and no need any extra IT knowledge to work with the application. CREATE ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ORDER TYPES User can create Dining orders and TakeOut orders with the customer references. TABLE RESERVATIONS User can reserve tables by assigning guest details or as a default guest. All the guest details you have entered will save in to the pos system. ORDER PANEL Three levels of food menu including Food Category, Food Types and Foods. Also can add food modifiers. Increase and decrease quantity, assign price to open foods, add food comments before order the food with your own customisation. Remove cart items and also remove ordered items by giving reasons. ORDER SUMMARY View saved order details including Net Price, Service Charge, Tax Total, Promotion Price, Discount Total and the Grand Total. Options to add discounts, print checkout bill and make payments to the order. ADD DISCOUNTS Add line discount, full bill discounts, apply net price, remove service charge and VAT tax then confirm and apply with specific authorise users conformation. MAKE PAYMENTS Make payments with multiple payment types including CASH, CREDIT, CARD, DUTY MEAL, CITY LEDGER, ADVANCE and OTHER. PRINT CHECKOUT BILLS User can print checkout invoice after save the order. Multiple print option with authorise users. KOT & BOT PRINTING Print kitchen order tickets and bar order tickets when save the order. NOTIFICATIONS Receive notification when complete the order creation and confirm form the KOT panel to the unique order create device. FOOD MENU After first user login customers also can create there order without logging to the system. Customers can select the items using the FOOD MENU(Dining Orders). KOT PANEL Department wise view exist orders to create and can confirm the full order or item wise.
