Can’t even register or use
Sends a verification code but there is no where to even enter it. Can’t get past the registration page to even utilize the app

Should have read the reviews before downloading. Would have rated 0 stars but that was not a choice. Can’t get past activation. I believe this is simply a ruse to collect information, will be deleting this app.

You can’t get past the registration page. They are probably just trying to get your email so they can bombard you with junk email/sales crap!

Downloaded the app, set up account, got the verification code texted to me. But when I open the app now and try to log in to enter the code, the screen becomes a solid white screen with no option to use or enter any code.

Worthless app if you can’t properly register and actually use it. It wants to activate the account by sending me a code. It does, but then what? The app won’t ask you to enter the code so you sit in limbo unable to verify the account. What the heck?!!

I’m sad this didn’t work. We have purchased 10 trees from Moon Valley and they are awesome. 5 have already been planted and we have 5 more coming in March which is the reason I am looking for a landscape design program. I entered two diff emails to register and they both say already registered. One of them made sense since I’ve bought trees from them, but not the second, I hardly EVER give that email out and there’s no way I gave it to them. Big bummer! My guess is they put this app out but no one is paying attention to the fact that it doesn’t work.

Lol doesn’t work at all. Will never purchase from moon valley again and that’s what all the neighbors are saying. We get ripped off every time. Way overpriced.

First wants email. No matter what email you put in already says registered. Try to log in with recover password option and just freezes!!
