  • Great app

    It’s a great app can’t complain. Might have a few bugs sometimes but they are responsive and try to fix any issue. Overall I’m satisfied using it.
  • The App fails on all levels

    First they grab you with decent content that only lasts a few months. They are totally driven by AI and gaming algorithms. Once they get you to share all kinds of personal data, they run out of any decent content and offer even less in rewards. Pennies and the experience crashes to stupidity within 9 mos and then when you give them feedback, they suggest you should delete the app and close your acct. Hmmm, doesn’t sound like a service to users to benefit employers to me.

  • Amazing App

    Touches on so many topics it’s difficult to nail down the one that’s most helpful. I think it’s just the breadth of things that we take for granted that the most value is stored in.
  • Rewards keep being diluted

    It's concerning when a fitness app reduces the value of rewards over time. Users deserve fair and motivating incentives for their efforts. Developers should prioritize maintaining meaningful rewards to keep users engaged and motivated in their fitness journey. There use to be a much better balance of timely reads to the rewards value. If you're facing this issue, consider providing feedback to the app's developers about your concerns.

  • Poor Business Model Causes Anything But Feeling Well

    How are we supposed to take this App seriously when it treats users with gaming algorithms and “behavioral economics” instead of providing true care? The App strategies result in users being fed little content with null value/reward thinking their employer and your organization is pushing them off the platform and now excluding them from a positive experience. Well App causes feelings of anxiety, stress, alienation, and likely even depression. Users have no understanding why they are being treated negatively, only that they are.

    I thought I would learn and be provided with great resources and knowledge journeys to help me advocate for, and take better care of myself and my family.

    This business model has a short life… this fails everyone eventually, and usually within a year the algorithms make everyone feel unwanted and devalued.

    I really wish the you would let us go back into the lessons, quest and challenges that we have finished. I am a processor and there has been many times that I really wanted to revisit the info you shared with me so that I could take sone notes.

    This app is incredible- access to well guides and wellness tips and tricks at our fingertips, with a daily dose of focus and healthy reminders…. And you earn actual tangible points and rewards. Couldn’t be happier!
