Dont bother with the app..
My husband and i decided to use the application one time instead of talabat to order our food and our experience was not satisfactory. Although placing the order was quite easy, 1. we waited over an hour and fifteen minutes for our food. 2. The application would not update its tracking and would not show us that the driver is out for delivery so we had to call the call center who answered after around 6 minutes waiting time and told us the driver was out for delivery 3. Finally the driver came and the receipt he gave us charged us more than the application our amount was 10.1 BD and the receipt given by the driver was 10.505BD which is unacceptable.
This has not been a positive experience for us although we truly enjoy mumbai spices regularly.
