No idea how to pay union dues on this. I was told this is how to do it and I honestly can’t figure it out

Very great service from the app perspective. But when it comes to contacting them over the phone it’s next to impossible to reach anyone.
Take forever to process claims
This transition to this new company has only been negative. Global was fast and I was faxing my kids orthodontist claims. Would get money in 5 days. I’ve sent my kids November and December claims for their braces and have yet to see a dime. Called them and they told us my kids need to get Xrays to get the claims processed !? For what ? Ive been sending in these claims for 2 plus yrs with the same dental code. Its braces which we have coverage for. They have no idea what they’re doing over there. Not to mention trying to reach a person to talk to and get information. You’re left on hold by the automated machine and then only option is to leave a message. Ridiculous.

Just getting started on our New OEBAC app it’s looking pretty amazing. Even all my pension information is on there. And it’s seems very easy to use and keeps a running total of everything. Very impressed great job everyone.
