YOU HAVE TO TURN OFF YOUR CELLULAR TO PLAY THE VIDEO
It’s dumb, after connecting your phone and the dashcam you have to make sure your Wi-Fi it’s the same as the name of the model and your cellular has to be off. If it’s on or you connected with other Wi-Fi it’ll never work.

Bought drv610 and drv310 at BB. Very satisfied with the products and the app
Unusable App
Followed instructions and watched tutorial video. Camera loses connection with iPhone and starts recording again every time I hit the Continue button on the app. Yes I tried turning off cellular data in general and specifically for the app.
Who does this?
This app cannot connect to its own device period. What kind of genius designed and approved this software? Returning the otherwise well made hardware.
Useless app
Good luck getting the app to play videos. It use to occasionally play them. Now, it won’t play them at all.
Horrible connecting, useless app
The whole point of the app is the connect to the device and get videos from the camera. Trying to connect is the hardest thing ever. I’ve had this for 6 months and tried to connect and get videos several times. It has only worked once and took about 10minutes of fiddling around. The wireless link doesn’t stay on or connected to the app either. If I really need a video, I suppose my only option is to get it out of the micro sd card directly.

Wont download anything
Yeah it tries to download but fails every time. So cant download on the go. The app is a pointless feature. The cameras themselves are alright I guess but half the features dont work.
Good cam Horrible app
I have had this dash cam for 3 years and I am still unable to get the app to work properly. I cam connect to the camera, but I am unable to access the files on the Camera. Amazing camera overall It’s not hard to download files physically from the sd card it would be nice to do it on my phone though.

Clunky and Cumbersome
The dashcam itself works well. As far as connecting to your phone, absolute pain. You’re required to have location on your iPhone which doesn’t make sense. After the latest update, it no longer connects so I’m forced to plug the SD card into my pc to pull videos. Wouldn’t buy again

I have the iPhone 14 pro max and i used to be able to connect, so I know how to connect the camera to the app. Well no more, this app and camera are trash; do not buy.
