This app will sign you out randomly which then requires you to login again, however, because of the frequency of this happening, you have had to change your password and can’t remember what you changed it to. So you then need to reset your password bia an email link- but the link never arrives- no its not in the junk mail- it just doesn’t work. So good luck gaining entry into your premium priced lime fitness centre after hours.

Months later …….Just had to reinstall again. Still a terrible app.

Dissatisfied

I find some problems with clublime
1. The support they provide is veryyy poor and there are no real solutions.
Their customer support team is very rude and rather than resolving an issue they tell you the steps to quit your membership as they don’t care about your little money being a giant gym chain.

This is very sad to see because we as members deserve some help after paying your fees regularly.

2. Coming to fees payment I have a serious issue with the dishonour fee. It should be removed if a person is paying at the same time.
Because sometimes the amount is not enough in the shared bank account that doesn't mean I will not pay for my membership. Even after talking to them they do nothing about it and I end up paying 67 dollars fortnightly which doesn’t makes any sense.

I like the gym hut I have issues with this attitude. Does anyone hear or care for their customers at clublime?

Not very user friendly

App isn’t very user friendly e.g., when there’s multiple entry gates the app just lists them 1-4, however, gates aren’t numbered so I’m usually standing in front of the wrong one. This is the case when it’s not my usual gym. Also, class timetables aren’t easy to filter through especially since there’s so many. I know I can filter by class, however, I like to see all the classes that are running when I have capacity to join. It’s great for access through the 24hour door though.

Not adding to calendar

Once you joined a class, you could add it to your calendar however that function doesn’t work anymore. Could someone please check this function as it means I’ve missed out on classes not knowing what class I’ve booked up until.

Simple upgrade would make it much better

says: The search function on the app and website member portal could be improved to make it a filter like shopping sites. It would be good to be able to select multiple clubs, multiple classes and filter by time of day. Many people are members of more than one location and the design currently makes it hard to see what’s on in more than one location unless you select all clubs. CISAC and Ladies Only is a prime example as same location, different clubs.

Frustrating to book classes

The app only permits me to book classes for three days ahead.
I like to organise myself for the week.
This is a common thing with a lot of members as we discussed how frustrating this is.
Please create the option of being able to book at least seven days ahead

ID APP

The access doesn’t work and I have spoken to the
Support team, who told me to speak to the staff
When they are at the gym. I have done what they say to do but I should not have to turn the phone off and on again to get the app to work properly.
I was not to clear the phones cache did that too. I was also told this is happening to a lot of people.
How about actually fixing the issue with more regular updates of the app, which you don’t do.
I shouldn’t have to waste time standing outside turning the phone off and on again just to get it to work.

Great access

Always great access to see how busy we are on the way home from work. Very convenient.

Perfect for a gym-goer

This app is built by a product team who really knows their audience. All I want to know when I’m going to the gym is have I got my access key, how busy is it, what classes are on for me to book, and all my person details for payment / membership - it’s all in the app. The log in experience was super simple as well.

No club loads showing for weeks

Honestly only reason this app is good, was the fact that you could check how busy the gym is at different times to plan training. It hasn’t been working for a few weeks now and the members portal and social media people are useless at replying. Doesn’t seem like they care to fix it
