Double charged me for a year subscription and when I called they argued that I wasn’t double charged.. when I told them I have the bank statement in had the said my bank statement must be wrong. I offered to send it in a email and they told me that it wouldn’t change anything

Works well sometimes a delay in getting pictures could be the spotty cell coverage. 100% recommend to anyone
Over priced and dysfunctional
Sometimes it works sometimes it don’t .. and didn’t like that each camera needed it’s own subscription . And the way it’s set up , the only logical package for each cam is the unlimited, even with cam set on the longest amount of intervals being 5 minutes apart , you will still run out of pics in a few days . And right now I just want to see bucks . And when they are chasing doe , you get a doe pic and the bucks pass by before the 5 minutes and u never see it . I just don’t like the way it’s set up and don’t think it’s worth it for me personally.

If you’re a serious hunter, don’t waste your money.
I’m really disappointed with the Hunt Smart app. It doesn’t upload SD card images properly and struggles to transmit data to the phone. The system is full of glitches that make it frustrating to use. Even after trying multiple times, I couldn’t upload videos, which defeats the purpose of having the app. Honestly, I’d rather spend more money for better service than deal with the constant issues here. Would not recommend this app to anyone serious about hunting. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more reliable option.

Beat camera I’ve ever used. The picture quality is excellent. Even on the low detection mode it’s still sensitive.
Plan changes
I want to change my plan picked a year plan and payed for it but I want to go monthly and upgrade my plan and can’t do it until the year is up
Cell cameras
I love the cameras they take great pictures accessing them is very easy on the app setting them up is very easy only things I wish about the cell cameras that would make this a five star camera would be if they had availability to solar panel hook up kits I have a few cameras right now I would buy about 10 more if they had solar panel hook up kits and if The more cameras you get and hookup that you get a deal on your plan for every so many you have out
