not working

I use the app daily. it’s wonderful. but can someone help me get back into my account? I was logged out and it says user not found.

Terrible

Whoever made this app has never spoken to a UI designer. It’s so confusing to navigate. For example, to view notifications, I have to enter the “Messaging” screen, but the default tab is “chat” instead of notifications… who exactly am I meant to chat with?!
There are also tons of little bugs and annoyances that aren’t major enough to rage about by themselves, but they all add up to a really frustrating user experience.

Used to be a good app

Since we needed to upgrade to this new app, it’s been extremely frustrating to use. We had issues submitting a maintenance request. Even though that’s been fixed now, the app still refuses to send us notifications when we receive a new message (and it’s not my phone settings, I’ve checked…multiple times). This was annoying before, but extremely upsetting today when some perishable food arrived for me in the afternoon, and I didn’t get the notification to pick it up when it arrived. I even walked out the door since the package was logged, and only noticed when I came back home 8 hours after it had arrived and the front desk staff alerted me to the package. Please fix this so my “treat yoself” food won’t spoil!!

Cannot submit maintenance requests

You must select a subcategory to submit a maintenance request but there’s no options available in the dropdown menu for any of the categories, making it impossible to submit requests.

Crashes, full of bugs.

This app is a terror. A great example of companies rolling out tech that is sold as being more efficient, and helpful yet do not back it up with ongoing support to continue with improvements and address issues.

Action buttons will randomly disappear from the screen so you aren’t able to do anything except force quit the app.

The messages section is super buggy and will jump time periods randomly.

The classified section always crashes the app and if you are able to list something it will disappear and reappear after a week at random times.

All these issues are actually manageable because you can’t actually access the app most times- it just crashes upon launch too much.

The APP has been a game changer! Communication is so much easier and things get handled faster. Much thanks!

Review

This app is very difficult to use and manage. It will not allow me to log in or to change my password.

Broken

This app needs to do 2 things: tell you when you have package and allow you to submit maintenance requests. Maintenance requests are currently broken and cannot be submitted, and packages don’t get marked as picked up so you keep getting notifications about packages you already have. So essentially it’s worthless.

Focus on Operations

This app is a waste of time. The property managers can’t even keep the heat on in our buildings. But sure I’ll submit a ticket to remind them of this daily? Trash.

Trash

It won’t allow you to submit a work order unless you choose the category. But when you click the category button there’s nothing you can tap to continue. Basically you just can not submit a work order. How ridiculous it is
