Horrible experience
I had recently received ingame mail, titled “compensation of event rewards”, it stated that i had unclaimed rewards, even going as far as telling me “please accept them” so i did naturally and the next day i was banned for 24 hours, and after this ban i had noticed missing items from my account for something that wasn’t even my fault to begin with, at this rate, i wouldn’t recommend playing this game if your account is possible at risk of being banned due to developers team

The account was banned because using too many extra spirit jade, some accounts have been unbanned, if your account still been banned, you can contact our customer service.

I Love This Game But…
After a while away I can back to this game and wanted to restart and I remembered that there’s no account deletion system (which I think is stupid) so I created a new account, and not even two seconds into the game when you get the transformation pill to change you appearance, when I used it, it confirmed the change and it didn’t change at all. I went over multiple different accounts to try and fix it but it didn’t work. For me, this is a huge problem, and since there is no account deletion feature, I have no more spare accounts, so I can’t even play the game without cringing at my characters appearance. Is this a bug or am I buggin?

Waste of time and money
I’ve played this game for past 3 months. I was first in server and won couple clashes with servers. Even tho I’ve tried to do my progress as efficiently as it was possible… this game still requires from you to pay insane amount of money which is not really financing a company that cares for players. I had issues with ads lasting for 3 months when I kinda was managing it through some tricks that I again find by myself - no advice from devs nor players on top of that they told me to pay another service despite having premium account to pay ad skip every month which is another 12 dollars. All they care is how to milk money from you nothing else. Customer support is handled by team unprofessional mods which are far more obsessed by how conversations should look in chats in strict and unnecessary way. On top of that when I was called out by some kid - no warning, nothing - but write 2-3 messages somewhere insta warning for mute.. Community is full of kiddos that needs to prove themselves how extremely important is to have a title on discord. Business model is created basically that you’re nonstop in clash with whales… when you finally defeat all in your server you get another branch from different servers and this goes in cycle. I’m beyond disappointed by this whole experience and I feel like to sue them for my money back despite the game is fun to play… knowing that in future my bugs would be resolved in weeks - loosing my progress in already extremely competitive environments with no apologies and compensation which got my rivals as well - they didn’t have the bug. So please go f yourself - you just brainwashing people to pay you, so you don’t have to do absolutely anything. It’s comical that 6 mods will tell the same fking thing which I can read from internet. Useless - completely. 3 months of my life complete waste - never ever again

Fun and accurate
I love playing this game and cultivating slowly but I wish the watchable ads for rewards didn’t have a cool-down especially when the ads are scattered all over the game so they’re hard to find :)
SCAM continuous spending but false advertising!!
One of the features in this game, LingLong Pavilion has a skin (Lord TongTian) listed that requires only ONE (1) skin piece to redeem. This obviously encourages players to at least buy the cheapest gift pack which gives 6 skin pieces but upon trying to redeem, we find out that we can't proceed as it says "you don't have enough skin pieces". Now you're locked in a trap, either accept the false price listed for the item or spend MORE $$ (30x the cheapest gift pk or 5x the most expensive pk) to be able to afford just ONE of the lowest priced skins in the list! I truly enjoy the gameplay but gave only 1 star bc it freezes up upon certain actions where you're supposed to receive rewards hence you lose the rewards after restarting app and most importantly, the 1 piece redemption scam deserves just 1 star until it is rectified adequately.

Dead servers
Been playing this game for a while. Only complaint is there are only 3 active people in my server, which takes away from the game quite a bit. I’m usually the only one logged in for days at a time. Do you guys plan on merging servers in the near future? The customer service isn’t really any help for things like this.
