Don’t bother even downloading this garbage

This is the worst shopping store app I have ever used. Full of errors and functionality that does not work or is difficult to navigate. The vast majority of the reviews are profoundly negative ……. You might consider taking this app down and completely redesigning and testing it properly before relaunching it. The team who developed this app should all be replaced for a start as they have no idea what they are doing. All you are doing is frustrating and annoying your existing customer base with this pathetic app.

Who developed the app?

Barely functionally as another reviewer stated perfectly describes the functionality of the app. This week, the app doesn’t allow coupons to be clipped. Even while logged into my account, when attempting to clip the digital coupon, error message received that a loyalty number need to be entered to my account in order to clip the digital coupon even though all information is displayed in my account setting. Guess I’m skipping a grocery trip this week and going elsewhere.

wow, is this app bad

I downloaded this app, thinking that the other reviews or exaggerating but even the simple things like staying logged into the app or a massive pain I’m constantly getting errors about my session and asked to reload. scanning coupons is ridiculously hard. The app is really slow.

As others have said this app is basically unusable. Save your frustration from trying to use their coupons and just spend the extra money on what you’re buying trust me it’ll be worth every penny.

Frustrated

Used to be my favorite place to shop but I am elderly and find this digital couponing very difficult and frustrating. Choosing not to use the app only makes me angry. I now travel further and shop at ALDIs and Grocery Outlet where shoppers are treated with respect and are not made to jump through hoops to save on specials. You have lost a customer that spends six to seven hundred dollars a month on average for groceries as I entertain a lot. Plus, I don’t welcome another invasive path into my private life.

Barely Functional

Every week there’s something new! So many bugs: sign-in issues, verification emails not working, and discounts not working. I also dislike recent updates that removed the ability to see coupon details. You can’t see the discount you’re getting because the titles are too long and you can’t expand them. Additionally, when you try to find a coupon by product name, there’s a fifty fifty chance it won’t show up. I always have to sort the coupon by category and scroll to find the one I’m looking for.

I understand bugs will occasionally happen, but please add the ability to expand a coupon description, and search for a coupon by product name. This would make the app more user friendly and less people would give up on it.

Not user friendly!

I just started using the app and getting frustrated about where to order. There are so many delays to switch from window to window
When I close the window, instead of picking up where I left off, it takes me back to what store I want which I have already chosen.
I am going to delete this app. I hope this will be resolved soon so I can try again.
I frequent this store every week. One of your competitors does a much better job making it user friendly

Some digital coupons won’t add

Get an error message with some of the digital coupons. After wasting half an hour trying to add, I decided to just not shop there.

Other than viewing the weekly ad, the app just creates extra work for the customer. The cashiers don’t like it either bc it slows them down. Maybe you should make it so people can use their phone numbers instead of showing a barcode.

Scam - the app doesn’t work

I believe that this app is literally just a scam to be able to advertise fake sale prices. The app doesn’t work. And I mean there sincerely. It doesn’t actually work for iOS. You can shop the weekly deals but you can’t actually “apply” or “clip” any of the digital coupons.

That’s how they get you. There are some deals that are in store and some that are “digital coupon exclusives” that you have to clip on the app. Too bad the app doesn’t let you clip the coupons.

It’s been about a year that the app has been around and I’ve never once had it successfully clip any coupon despite multiple devices and multiple accounts. Nope. Won’t clip. You can sometimes get it to successfully clip the coupons if you try to do it via safari but recently that also stopped working.

I don’t know why this app still exists. Oh that’s right. Because it tricks so many people into buying stuff at a way higher price than advertised. People don’t even notice. They just don’t care. You literally cannot ever attain the “digitally coupon advertised price.” Total scam.

Just shop somewhere else. This is predatory.

Horrible user interface plus more

Navigating the user interface on this application is one of the worst experiences ever. It’s extremely poorly thought out and almost impossible to find what you were looking for including your digital coupons. What is worse is that the application logs you out after a while. You walk into a store, trying to use a digital coupon just to find out you’ve been logged out. Now you’re in the middle of a store trying to log back in, and there is no data service in the stores either. lt’s just so frustrating one just passes on the digital coupons. This app needs a lot of work to improve the customer experience; right now It is one of the worst customer experiences ever.

Suggested possible fixes

So the app won’t let you look at your cart until you are checking out. It just goes to a blank screen when you click on the cart icon. Would be nice to be able to check the cart mid shopping.
Also it’s 2024, can you offer Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Lastly, if pick up isn’t available in my area, can the app say that instead of directing me to a S&F 2 hours away?
