Completely worthless
I tested this in my house and the results are absurd. You can adjust the height your holding it at to change measurements, which is imprecise, but even those results are ridiculous. A random number generator would be as accurate as this app.

Point and Get Reading
Was very easy to do as I simply got the app and pointed at the hole. However I’m still a bad golfer!
Range finder
It does work but focusing in on the pin is a bit hit and miss, but the worst thing about the app is that it is only in imperial measurements and we now all use metric.
