Continually crashing

All of the symptoms you describe sound like bad internet connection, which would cause poor stream quality, but not application crashing. We collect crash logs whenever available, so you can be sure that we'll do our best to clear up any issues on that front. I'm sure you already knew that though, being a software developer and everything. Why don't you reach out to us at help@blueframetech.com and see if you can give us any further details so we can try and make sure everything is resolved as soon as possible?
