It’s not letting us to complete the game even though we are fussing write some must use the star until it charges us , step 1 ! That’s how crazy this app is ! Wast of time and energy

Hello Ehsan, thank you so much for your feedback. As you are a programmer yourself, you should know that it's a lot trickier when you have many users from a specific country. And not everything is under our control specially on receiving working notifications, providing videos from ad providers .etc in that specific country. We're trying our best to keep the game updated and working, and we will try to affect your review on our process.
