Awful app
Purchased tickets for a gig, said I could print them and take them to the gig. Perfect. Then, we get an update that the app (which is terrible) needs to be downloaded and digital tickets presented on the door instead of those I’ve already printed.
I went to a gig at The Royal Albert Hall recently and all you needed was the printed ticket and the ID For the primary booker. Worked fine.
Why introduce this crap? It’ll put me off purchasing tickets through this company again.

Useless
Bought tickets, it made me download this app, order doesn’t show up, now I can’t log in. There’s no way of contacting them. There’s a send a message thing after spending 2 hours searching the internet, sent a message, someone got back to me saying tickets will show up a week before concert!! That doesn’t give me long to sort it out if it’s still not showing plus how can I sign in if it won’t let me. They need to improve this, people’s hard earned ticket money is at stake.

I don’t mind downloading tickets, I don’t mind print at home tickets but I don’t want to have download another app onto my phone to be able to access my tickets!!!!!!

Worthless App
I had purchased tickets for a show and created an account. When I have tried to login to the app using my account info is says no account exists.
Worst ticket app out
One of the worst ticket apps ever helps and no way at all was better off going to the site and doing a screen shot that I bought a ticket.
Trash App
Absolute garbage app. The tickets never transfer over to this app. I have to search my email every single time since they never link to this. I’d give it a half star if possible.

Would be nice to have an app for all these pdf tickets all cluttered throughout my email! The app doesn’t even recognize the email address for my account.

If I could put zero stars I would. The app logs you out and if you’re lucky enough to be logged back in then your tickets don’t appear. Won’t be using this app again. Only used it because I couldn’t find tickets on Ticket Master and now my concert is in a few hours and tickets still aren’t loading/available.
