Walled garden nightmare!
Why can’t the tickets be sent to apple wallet? Or other calendar or event app? Why can’t tickets be shared unless they have set up a “see” account? I’ll tell you why. Because you are small time players trying to “game” your way to appear to be larger. But it’s not meaningful and you are just creating obstacles. 1st and last time I use you.

You buy tickets on one site then have to go to another site with all the signing in palaver!! Then you get an email saying your tickets no longer valid and there’s different tickets

Why on earth build an app that doesn’t pull your digital tickets purchased on your digital site, into the digital app.

App Booted me out before concert
I was logged in, viewed my ticket before concert. As I approached venue App logged me out. Then said there was a system issue. Lack of internet service near large venue did not help.
I could not access my tickets as I was trying to enter venue.
Why do my tickets have to be via an app? Why can’t I just view them in an email, download them to my phone, and put them in my wallet?
I missed the first 20 minutes of the concert and only thanks to my quick thinking friend did I see nothing at all. NO THANKS TO THIS APP

What the heck!
Why when I am logged in and can see my tickets do I have to log in again to share them????? Madness!
App just doesn’t work
Cant get into tickets , can’t log in (or log out) tried deleting and reinstalling - same outcome. No phone number to contact for customer support . Tried email - zero response. Won’t ever be using seetickets again - avoiding gigs where they are the only ticket provider.
Disconnect
There appears to be a disconnect between the app and website. May in part be because the website address changes with country location. Doesn’t work in the United States.
Sharing ticket nightmare
So in order to receive my shared ticket- a friend did one booking for us all to sit together- I need to make a ticket purchase in order to set up an account….?
Can’t go now as friend is unable to come and I can’t get my digital ticket. How ridiculous.
Why do you people have to make life so complicated. Don’t you realise normal people have very busy lives and don’t have hours to work out difficult IT systems…?

Confusing
I have both See Tickets and Gigs and Tours tickets. Confusing to log in and get from one to the other. Either have two separate apps or ditch one of the brand names
