It wasn’t broken so why to & fix it? Oh & now it’s broken! 🤬😂
The old app worked great, no issues, user friendly.
The new one.....doesn’t appear to do the simple things that the old app did fine, we have now lost the ability to set our alarm at night with one button without the upstairs sensors being activated! 🤷🏻♂️🤦♂️
You can do it but you have to select the night scene then before setting you have to deselect the sensors you do not want active....every night! 🤬Why not allow customers to deselect sensors in the edit scene section and save the settings??

Awful. Doesn’t Work!!
Awful. Since moving to this app from the old one been nothing but issues. Works every other day which is not what I’m paying a monthly fee for! Constantly losing connection with the panel, first was told it was my internet but considering my alarm system is wireless and I am able to set and unset it at the panel, my internet is definitely not the issue, the app simply is not working. Try to arm/disarm the home from the app and it just buffers till the command times out, do it at the panel and the app still does not update. So frustrating as the new features of bypassing certain sensors etc is such a useful idea but cannot be done at the panel itself, so I’m paying for the app to not only not get the benefit of the new feature but it doesn’t even work for the basics! So disappointed

What’s all the bad reviews for?
I downloaded this app despite the reviews and recognised there might be a few niggling glitches as we do some live user acceptance testing. I quite liked the simplicity of the previous app but the added features this provides is fabulous. I can see the activity of each of the sensors whether the system is armed and set notifications which goes beyond a full scale alarm like being informed when one of my key holders enters the property. Love it!!!

Works OK
Read some of the reviews before updating to the new version of this app so was a bit concerned, however I installed it anyway and have been pleasantly surprised, yes it is definitely more simple in design and function to the old app but it is reliable and so far seems to be bug free, I am using iPhone 7 with IOS 13.3 much better than the old app. This app connects straight away without any delays which we experienced with the old app
