I have contacted Tiimo customer service department numerous times to request to formally issue a refund due to the application functions not working. Upon reaching out the second time, I was initially granted the refund however it was never issued. Today I contacted the company again via app chat and they referred me to request my refund from Apple. I contacted Apple support as it did not provide me the option to request a refund (it was not showing the app). I contacted support and they refused to issue a refund because it has been past two consecutive months. I explained the situation and Apple refuses to speak with me over the phone or provide additional ethical information regarding why this would be acceptable by any means. They provided a fake link on Apple chat. I have screenshots. This un fathomable. This is very highly suspicious fraudulent behavior for both Apple Inc and Tiimo. Seriously, the application itself $50 annually, and they hold no accountability on their part for the misconceptions and manipulation of making their customer wait to refer them to a third party that declines any authorization due to their inability to initiate or resolve concerns of their customers. Highly encourage you not to invest or even blink at this app. It’s an absolute waist of time, money and your energy.

Thanks for your review. We don't provide refunds for our iOS app. The refunds are handled by the App Store, we don't handle them as we don't have people´s payment details. These are kept by the App store, they don´t come to us, thus making it impossible for us to issue refunds. This is why when you ask for a refund, we provide you with a link to reach out to Apple support and ask for a refund there. That is working link, it's not fake. Please reach out to Apple support again and let them know you have to not received your refund, that they granted you. Warmly, Team Tiimo
