The website & app keep saying my account not existing

It would be much much appreciated if Kaplan announce the tien they would update the bank/ app/ website, so we can make plan for it. It keep running into the issue that the website/ or app shut down all suddenly and said the account is not existing or something went wrong (even though my account is still active for the next 5 months)

Too long reload and constant ask for relog in

Ask for log in each time I minimal the app for safari or anything else, taking lot of time for reload after each time log in, keep saying app is updating even though I have downloaded the newest version and update it. I think lot of things need to be fixed here, especially the log in and remember the password function

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Can’t access any of my deluxe NCLEX testing resources. Waste of money. Tried deleting and redownloading, signing in and out and nothing. Thanks for taking my money kaplan.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out & expressing your concerns with the Kaplan Medical App. Unfortunately, the Kaplan Medical app is solely for students in Medical School prepping for USMLE and COMLEX exams. We don't currently have an app for NCLEX. However, we are in the process of developing one. Can’t use “play media”

In the qbank the media cannot be played on my ipad. The question No. should be “aOL263” or something that not available in the app.

NCLEX Nursing not supported

Pretty bummed my nursing test prep isn’t supported in the app. I haven’t been a huge fan of Kaplan overall so far, but this is a huge bummer.

“This course is not supported in this app”. what?? what is the point to buy the course if I don’t have access anywhere. I want a refund, not really great qbank.

No MCAT online course support?

This would be so useful but it does not support the MCAT online course. I don’t understand the point then really

Does not support the 24 Integrative Q-Bank

How can an app be designed for you to use a Q-Bank & not support a course with a Q-Bank?

If the questions are relatively the same, then there should be access to this app. This app needs to be updated ASAP so the Step 1 24 month Integrative Q-Bank is supported!
