Home fiber internet payment
When I had installed the app for the first time, it was very easy for me to top up my home fiber internet through your app, change package etc.
For the last almost year, I had once tried to change my package- since then the app is ‘frozen’ for my internet payment plan and despite of several complaints, no one is able to correct the anomaly.

Theives. Stop stealing peoples money.
They steal your money. Basically I buy data and it gets depleted literally without me using it. How crazy is that. Others have complained of the same issue. We need other options for phone line service providers.
Limited Usability and Control
I am unable to properly pay my fiancée’s phone bill from my account and share with her in a family plan. Can someone please address this issue and verify that my status is active and there is nothing limiting me on the my account usage and including her in my family share for this account service. Thank you so very much.

Doesn’t load important features (eg bundles)
The App on my iphone is not loading important features such as the All-in-one Go Monthly bundle. Went to the Safaricom store and told to delete and re-download the app. Problem remained. I was also told that no Safaricom worker had an iphone to c of they were also having the same problem. Not a great app if I can’t determine my bundle options…

Graphic user interface is friendly and easy to use just wondering if one can schedule a payment at a specific time

I’ve been trying to reach customer care services but all in vain. The automated option selection does not tailor my needs. No option to care for my need. Zuri too wanna dictate which is to be my concern. Guys, I think there some un-care about caring for your customers.

M-PESA statement format
It would be great to have 1. mpesa statements in excel 2. Phone numbers detailed in the M-PESA statement
3. Ability to comment on transaction while making M-PESA payments for statements can have commentary
