Connectivity is great and so is the net speed, 3 stars because I could not figure out a way to find my balance airtime and data, even though I have the app, keeps asking me for m paisa pin, which the agent never told me or did not register it

As an international traveller I use a lot of different services. Safaricom is expensive in data but the coverage is good and so are the speeds and the apps incl. M-PESA work well and are easy to navigate
Appalling M-PESA customer service
I have sent money from the same UK account to my M-PESA account. Everytime my M-PESA account gets frozen. It’s impossible to find a way to actually talk to someone to get my account unfrozen. I am totally frustrated that one of the best digital money services in the world can’t deal with this issue. None of my Zuri messages have been responded to. Yours in frustration, NB

Confusing phone choices
Monthly plans for voice don’t seem to work as promised. It’s unclear what the requirements are for international calls. Incoming calls don’t ring on my device.

Disappointed!!!
It’s extremely disheartening that Safaricom members cannot access their Mpesa or online account in general while connected to wifi or using a computer especially if they are traveling abroad. Also one can only sambaza a max of 10mb of data in 2023. Cmon this is beyond ridiculous and only share a max of 5GB of data. Incompetence at its finest!!!

Why don’t you make it easy to pay? The Safaricom app should have payment as one of the quick actions.
Bad customer service !!
I recently purchased 1000/=of easy air time bundles to last a month but for whatever reason I wasn't able to even call or text anyway yet Safaricom customer care are unreachable What a waste of time & money ! Daytime robbery of the highest level!
