doesn't work
it doesn't even open 80% of the time, people rely on this to get to work. fix it.
Unreliable
Sometimes it won’t open, sometimes the tracking on the busses is turned off so you think you missed the bus. Never gets updated routes for Sundays and holidays. Makes sense for a government ran system.
Simply does not work.

Barely helpful, barely loads
The app takes a while to update, making it so it doesn’t actually do much to help. Additionally, it only seems to actually get past the loading screen once or twice a day. Would be nice to have an option on planning tripe for when you want to arrive by. Better to just use google maps or the site, except for to check the bus schedule, which is one of the functions on this app that does work somewhat well.

This app Sucks. In the nicest way possible.
Doesn’t ever open….. but if it does then it’s extremely inaccurate.
Not accurate
I always make sure to go 10 minutes before the bus says, but lately even when I go early I’ll miss the bus. The map will update suddenly and tel me that the bus has already passed AND is downtown. At this point just use the website

When it works it’s fantastic, but it seems every time I need to catch the bus over the past month it doesn’t load and pops up an error..
Not bad, needs work
Really awful in some ways - have to backspace every letter when switching locations, difficult to scroll in and out on maps, and can’t set a time when you want to leave if planning a trip for later.
That being said, when you finally fight through the messy screen, it’s accurate, so there’s that.

Never loads
I can look at the app twice a day if that because even when I’m home on WiFi with full bars it won’t load.
Good when working
When it works, it's great but lately it keeps having a loading error.
