  • Love the app!!!

Love the app super cute and love that I can add friends and family. Only thing I’d like to see added is shorter evolution times and being able to feed or help friends with pets. Over all great app ☺️❤️
  • nice but could be improved

it would be amazing if the app had more hearts when they’re older (80+ days) or allowed for ‘storage’ of extra hearts to be able to feed it on days that i want to relax. I find that on most days when I’m exercising, the 3 hearts are full but I exercised so much that i could have filled it to 6 hearts. Also, maybe an addition of automatic feeding? I find that when I do exercise, I tend to go go go and forget to feed it sometimes, and then that leaves me with hungry Jerry who has half a heart left and could have eaten the entire time.

  • Nomi keeps dying if watch battery dies

Update; made it to 33 days, had full health and had to connect my watch to my new iPhone after it had a software issue and needed replaced. Didn’t even do anything to the watch besides pair it to the new phone and it made it completely restart my nomi. Like restart like it was a new app. My watch wasn’t even restarted or reset, it was just paired to my new phone.
My nomi had 3 stars when I went to bed last night, woke up this morning to my watch dead, charged it an hour only to find my nomi dead. This is the 8th time this has happened. If my nomi is full health, my watch dies and it takes less than 5 hours to be back on, like it dies at work or while running errands, then nomi dies also. They should stop the hearts fading and nomi dying if the watch is turned off or dead. I’ve never made it past 23 days because my watch dies and nomi dies soon after. Only reason he’s ever died is because my watch died so I plug it in while I’m sleeping. Watch isn’t even powered on when he dies.

  • Update Ideas For Developers

I really enjoy this app a lot! I think it’s really helping me loose weight and get motivation. I have a few ideas that would be awesome for updates. -Feed friends or give their pets sushi rolls when hearts are low. -Nudge friends to let them know their pets hearts are low. -costumes you can earn by getting points -send messages to friends through app -mobile app added for bonus features -New games -more evolutions -better push notifications -special fruits that will keep hearts full for an entire day in case you want a day off to relax “unlocked through games” -fairy fruit that will save your pet from dying “unlocked through games also have your Nomi hang with a friend for the day to babysit and friend gets bonus items for taking care of your nomi”

  • I love it but it needs some work

I absolutely love Nomi, but it could use some more features for flexibility. I have chronic illness that makes my “best” less than other peoples’ “best”. Even on casual, it’s been really hard to keep my Nomi alive. I think the solution to this is allowing people to set custom energy/step goals. Of course it would allow people to “cheat,” but who cares? It’s not a competition sport, they’d only be “cheating” themselves. A tool for our own betterment needs to be flexible to our personal goals. No one can set a goal that everyone can meet. Other changes that would help are giving Nomi more total hearts to allow some buffer time if we forget our watches somewhere (I left my watch at work overnight and my Nomi was dead the next morning despite being fully fed, I was very upset because I managed to keep that little guy alive for 74 days despite the difficulty!) or if we’re sick that day and can’t exercise much. To that end, I agree with other commenters that a “pause”. Feature would be nice. I also really think increasing the sleep time from 6 hours to 8 would help. I mean, who only sleeps 6 hours? I sleep 10 hours and my Nomi is always nearly dead by the time I get up. The average person sleeps 8 hours so I think it makes more sense. Or allow us to set custom sleep and wake times. Again, love the concept and the artwork is really cute, but it really needs these changes to become more functional and less of a source of stress.

  • paid for the app and can’t download after buying new watch

I have contacted the company three times to give them the chance to fix this issue, but have not heard back. I followed all the steps to try to fix the issue, but the App Store says it’s purchased and won’t let me re-download it.
  • Great app however….

Don’t get me wrong the app is amazing. But if there could be a way to use sushi to play mini games, things like a flappy bird game or something. Anything that allows you to interact with your pet. This game has a lot of potential to be the best app for Apple Watch users
  • SO FUNN

omg i can’t even explain, having a mate on ur wrist to motivate u to be active and keep going is so good! def recommend, only thing is is that it costs money, but it’s worth it!!!
  • Really enjoying nomi so far but

I wish we could either bank steps we’ve taken between having filled the heart and feeding nomi or have an option to auto feed once filled.
Please add an ability to see how many times we’ve fed our nomis each day 🙏🏻 Also more interactivity, a mini game or two that don’t necessarily count towards anything but allow us to just interact with this little thing we’re trying to keep alive.

  • Not good and no improvements

I read older reviews and seems like there was no improvement in the app.
It does too fast. Doesn’t last even 24h, so even if you walk once a day, which is my goal, it would die.
There’s no option to skip a day or something in case you absolutely can’t go out for a walk.
Other functionalities for playing with it are very limited
