Nothing but problems

This app rarely works, usually just a white screen, then nothing. I want my old bank back. I have reinstalled several times, with negative results. I hate switching banks, but I need a reliable partner.

Used to actually work

This app is a complete waste of space on my phone. App won’t open even after reinstalling. Save yourself time and not even install it. Blank white screen is all you will get trust me. Two plus weeks is unacceptable for a banking app to not work.

Thumbs down on Face ID

In general, this app works as intended. As always, there are some features that would be helpful like the ability to add notes or memos to transfers, bill payments, etc and the ability to make an extra principal payment on a loan.

But, this review is prompted by the consistently non-working Face ID. I’ve switched the Face ID toggle on and off, logged out and back in, restarted phone multiple times and Face ID simply does not work. The scanner does not even appear to start. Then, it will suddenly work one day, until the next iOS update.

I have many apps with Face ID that function fine including what looks to be the same base app for another financial institution so, I believe it is this particular app that has issues with keeping pace with iOS updates.

I hope it gets fixed soon and permanently keeps up with updates. I could then upgrade to 4 stars with the 5th start when more features are added.

Needs a lot of improvements

This app is by far the worst bank app I’ve ever seen. Touch ID is not working at all. It needs a lot of improvements. Please fix it!
Update: changing to 4 stars. Touch ID problem fixed and app is running much smoother now! Thank you for fixing it!

Time federal changed for worse

It was a better banking experience when it was Time Federal. Interest paid on savings was a lot higher and paid every 3 months now it’s paid every 4 months. I’ll be looking for a new bank or credit union.

Seriously. I never had a problem with the river cities bank app, but ever since they merged with prevail and we had to switch to this app, IT’S ALWAYS DOWN! would love to have access to my account so I can pay my bills.

Find a better bank to use

App ALWAYS down, bank is waaaaay slower than the old bank!! Last time I checked it was 2020 NOT 1980 When the Coronavirus restrictions are lifted this annoyed customer will be changing banks!!!
