iPhone App not even usable
So many issues that renders this app completely unusable on iPhone. No matter where in the video I am, if I’m continuing where I left off, the audio starts and resumes from the very beginning, completely unsynced from the video. Sometimes screen is just completely black with audio. Others it doesn’t let me fast forward or rewind. Not once have I been able to view a single video properly. :(

Extremely buggy app - watching lectures is nearly impossible
Watching lectures is an awful experience with this app - I fear changing the camera streaming video, because the app crashes and I need to turn it off and on again. Multiple times it crashed my iPad
Offline videos don’t work offline
Please fix this issue of offline videos
I download them well I’m advance just for none of the videos to work when I’m underground or on a flight

Poor video player
Everytime I leave the app and then come back the audio starts from the beginning of the player even though the bar thingy at the bottom recognises where I was last. Doesn’t matter how much I move the ball thingy it does not move the audio, just continues from the beginning. This is incredibly frustrating. Also cannot pause the video unless I physically press the pause button on the app, as opposed to using headphones or pausing from the homepage. And sometimes trying to press pause will randomly move where I am at. It might jump 10 minutes back or forward. Grrrr.
Best thing to do is to copy the link of the videos and play them in browser.

why the hell is split view not supported? are you guys stupid?
I have a nasty cold but Having to using this app feels worse.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with any application on any platform in my life. It constantly crashes or freezes. It is super frustrating when I’m trying to pay attention to the course material. I absolutely dread every time I have to use this app.
Blatant ignoring of bugs
This is the only application in which I can rewatch my uni lectures. The team is more than aware that when you resume a lecture on the app, the audio doesn’t always start in the right place (i.e. audio restarts while video continues from last watched location).
No matter what I do I can’t fix this in app (rebooting iphone, logging out then back in, exiting then re-entering video).
Please fix this, the last update was 10 months ago!!

Impressively Bad
I can’t imagine how the producers have made a video sharing app this poor. I have never wrote a review in my life but this deserves one. I would go into detail but I know the developers don’t care about any of the issues as they have been there since I started uni (2 yrs ago) and they happen to everyone, very obvious flaws. I urge any university to not put your students through the suffering they will experience if you upload lectures to this service.

Maybe there is a fix
Something that’s strange with this app that I’ve not seen anywhere is when you try to fast forward or rewind a video. The audio doesn’t match the video at the new start point, it just keeps going.
Fantastic if you like to watch only half the screen
Useless for mobile, whether using the app or web based. No matter what I do I can never see more than the left half of the screen and just white infinity to the right. As a student I try to watch the content posted by my university on my phone whilst in transit but Panopto renders it impossible. Beyond frustrating.
