It doesn’t load
Like at all, just a loading spinner.
Shockingly bad. Shame on you EY!
What excuse can you have for such a poor app the size of your company. Can’t login half the time and when you do you cannot access anything because it just sits on a spinning circle. Absolute joke. Looking at the reviews they don’t read these but I need to vent!
Really bad app
Worst app I ever used, takes ages to get trough the log in system. Stay away from it if you can… saying that website is not any better…

Absolute waste of time, keep going round in circles to update and doesn’t work. Useless.
One of the worst apps I have (tried) to use.
Can believe Ernst & Young an international accountancy firm can commission such a bad app. When you do get in, past “this page no longer exists” or “password not recognised”, even when you’re using the correct one, what you get is your documents covered over by the “circle of death’, absolute garbage. I know nobody read these reviews, but we live in hope. My advice is dump your app developer and your service provider, and save your reputation EY.

Useless
Can’t even work it makes me frustrated while I really want to check my payslip I don’t know why they even make this app.
Terrible
After the update can’t access my account keeps saying loading data absolutely a shambles.
Rubbish
App keeps crashing just showing a loading symbol when you log in and can’t actually access my payslips. I have not had a straightforward positive with this app once
Terrible Update
Since this app was updated to it’s current version I cannot access my payslips. I can login but once I’m in I’m unable to do anything else, the loading circle spins without being able to select anything.
Impossible to access.
