There should be an option in English + logging in the app is hectic.

Poor App
The is the most Ridiculous app I have ever seen, nothing works. I can’t sign in even after following the whole instructions, the face photo Recognition doesn’t work. I have tried scanning my face 15 times, and still it’s not working. My final suggestion would be don’t download the app, it’s useless!!

Needs further work
The app login is a nightmare. You have to enter the username and password every time. I currently cannot remember the password and there is no link to reset the password. Also there is no phone number or email to contact for support.
Camera permission issue

The app doesn’t require to use the camera when trying to scan the ID, it only says that you need to allow it to use the camera, but it can’t be found on the settings or even under the camera privacy settings

very poorly coded signup process, impossible to complete
I went through the very long and complicated signup process including giving my national ID, email, phone number, doing both phone and mail one time password confirmation, New password, passport expiry, photo which their recognition software poorly matched with existing photo on record only after taking the photo 10 times, then it asked for 2 more numbers from the Id card and a spam captcha. After all that, the submission started spinning for 20 minutes before it just returned error. now if I try to login, it says it is invalid, if I reset password, it says I can't use that national I'd because it's already in use,, if I try to register again it says that national I'd already has a user. so basically the registration process half finished returned an error and left the account in an irrecoverible state and no help phone or email is provided. Please hire more qualified programmers!

Doesn’t work too
After successfully creating an account. Not allowed to log in. It doesnt work

I can log in using the credentials I got on the website, however once I click on any of the ministries it keeps loading endlessly without ever opening a page to be able to proceed.
What a shame that it simply does not work
An app with great ambitions for an eGovernment when Jordanian citizens were instrumental to almost all eGov programs in Région, but jordan eGovernment is so bad.

Doesn’t work
I was very hopeful when I read and downloaded this app just to find out that it doesn’t work.
I tried logging with my credentials which I created on the e-Government website I get a message saying wrong user name or password
Tried to reset the password, I never received anything to do so
I tried creating a new account and it just doesn’t connect and I get a message saying communication error, try later
This is sad!!
