Great method of communication
Recently I was side by side with my sister as she fought pancreatic cancer. She gave me permission to enter her account. Using the portal was very helpful to help manage her care.
Now I am managing my own RA diagnosis and the portal makes every communication easier. I am able to make appointments, have quick chats with my medical team and know when/where my prescription will be ready.
Another great feature is my past records are now in this system. I use Accession as my primary doctor and Froedtert&MCW portal was able to allow my prior information to be posted in their system. This is wonderful to access all my records.

My experience with Froedtert has been nothing but positive from scheduling, checking in, to the very professional care of the Physicians and supporting Medical staff. My experience pursuing a new primary healthcare physician, Dr Revolinski, has been nothing but outstanding. He was right on time, an extremely good listener, displayed great insite, was very professional, and made you feel like that he was part of your team to keep your health in check. His assistant, Nurse Cheri was extremely professional, kind, and caring. I might also sneak in the word efficient. One more thing I just have to share with you. After Dr Revolinski had left the room, his Nurse Cheri was to return and give me a vaccination. Not more than a minute after he left, he returned to my room just to let me know that Cheri was with another patient but would be right back after that. In all the many years that I’ve been in this situation, I’ve never had someone step back in and inform me of a possible delay. Usually you just wait and wonder if they’ve forgotten you. Great experience!

I LOVE FROEDTERT/MCW!
Dr. Ben George is my Oncologist and has been for 10 years. His entire staff is wonderful! My father, who was treated for Esophageal Cancer at Froedtert probably 40-50 years ago, was given 3-5 years - he lived 25 more wonderful years!
I have referred many friends, friends of friends, anyone and everyone - to Froedtert, especially for Cancer Care and believe it to be THE BEST HOSPITAL EVER!
From your Greeters, Cafe workers, transport teams, housekeeping staff - every single employee at Froedtert - has been caring, friendly, compassionate, funny - I could go on and on!
Being diagnosed with cancer had to be the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced. The past 10 years, I believe I’m in the very best hands I could ever imagine. Dr. Ben George is a hero - MY HERO - and I Thank the Lord every day for him and Froedtert!

Best App!
Love this app. So easy to use! I can communicate with my healthcare team so much faster. It is important that I share with all my doctors and this app is perfect for that. I can view all my test results and have questions or concerns ready when I speak with my doctors. Research and viewing “trends” has been so helpful and motivating to me.

Update broken ability to create account ?
Just downloaded this and when I go to the set up screen , if I enter my information automatically , it gives me an error message so I try to do it manually . I am able to get every field filled out except the phone number field and of course I can not create an account until I enter a phone number . The box to enter it does not respond to any inputs

The on demand virtual visit option through the app is bogus. It either throws up an error or when you do actually get an appointment slot, you sit and wait for over two hours with no call back and no chance to secure a slot for urgent care in the meantime and no one responds to your requested appointment. Or you’re consistently told “you need to be seen in person” and you can’t get into your primary for another month despite being ill for the past week. The app is not at all helpful.

The ease and security of MCW@Froedtert MyChart
I find this application very helpful and informative. When one of my relatives or friends expresses a concern about test or office visit, I ask do you have a way to communicate outside of a visit to your Provider.
Most often the answer is no. I then go to explain how comforting and reassuring it is. Oftentimes in clinical or office environments we’re so nervous to begin with that we don’t take it all in at the time.

MyChart Ap is a fantastic tool. Its really convenient for we elder folks as we accumulate more ailments, meds & Dr appts. I’m able to schedule & keep track of my Dr & lab appts, test results, messaging, etc. I keep finding new things it does & helpful health related info. Thank you!
