We rearranged the app again - 2023

Yeah! They moved everything around again. Guess where the “log out” button is hidden.
Also, lets stop using the “user name & password” combo. Now you should use a 4 digit PIN. This seems to copy the foolishness from Microsoft 11’s recent use of a short PIN instead of a much longer and harder to guess password.

Virtual Visit

The convenience of virtual visits are unmatched if you have a basic illness or health concern. The wait wasn’t unusually long and the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I will do this again.

Great Care

I am proud to say I am a patient of the froedtert care team. They are so caring and have helped a great deal with improving my health. Coming to Froedtert was one of the best decisions I have made and I am so grateful to all who have teamed up to care for me.

Wish I could give 0 stars

The fact that this app is only for apple products is ridiculous my mom doesn’t have an apple product and she is not going to pay an arm and a leg for one just so she can get medical help. Since I have an iPhone I was able to download the app. but when she went to put her information in, it wouldn’t let her put a phone number down making the app useless.

Not fully functional

Not able to use the COVID E-visit button. Useless app

Couldn’t even make an appointment.

The system seems stuck on whether I want a Covid lab or a Covid vaccine.

The answer is neither and there is no way to get to make an appointment with any physician except through some non-specific urgent care approach.

And trying to do this on the phone was almost no better. if this is what humanly possible to do, run out and find me something else because it isn’t very humanly usable

Completely unreliable and unstable

Every time I try to look at an upcoming visit the app try’s to launch a video visit. I have tried to use the app for the last 6-9 months and I would say it works as expected <50% of the time.
