Hi , My chart is convenient ,I go to my chart, it’s easy to schedule, cancel,& and reschedule an appointment… even after hours, I could even make a virtual visit,., I could also go to fast care…the best nurse is Christina Jensen…k

Latest Update UUGGGG

Latest update is not responding to most items: My Chart, Covid 19 records, Messages ect. Says I have 9 msgs. but does not display when I 'click' on it. What did you guys in IT do? Worked before last update.

Current release doesn’t sync with Health app

One of the recent updates broke the connection between the iOS Health App and the Froedtert&MCW app. The health app is complaining that “your account is signed out” and the page at Froedtert that the Health app sends you to doesn’t re-establish the login, it just logs you in to MyChart.

Virtual visits useless

Whatever you do, do not get this app expecting to be able to get care through on demand virtual visit. It is so useless—all the provider does is say to go in person

App does not load

This app does not load on my iPhone

The previous Froedert app was much better

Use the app mainly for reviewing labs. As a cancer patient I need to be able to view current and past results. With the previous app a patient could review a specific lab and it would show all the results for that lab result and even gave option to graph it, much easier to see trends. With the new app you are unable to compare the values unless you scroll to each different day, very time consuming and definitely not user/ patient friendly. The new lab result area needs a total revamp. Look at Marshfield Clinic app if you need some insight on how to improve.

Doctor switched appointment.

I made an appointment with Dr. Beaumont for 12:30pm today, and at 10:15am, I received a call that he only wanted to see me virtually. I explained how I specifically scheduled an in person because that is what I wanted. How does he listen to my lungs virtually? Anyway, I had influenza over Thanksgiving and while better, I have a persistent cough. I was unhappy that he switched my appointment to virtual but the lady I spoke with said since that is the only way he will see me, that she could cancel it instead, so she did.
Terrible practice. Shameful really. That’s not how you treat patients and I am very disappointed in that practice.

Mediocre

Symptom checker literally NEVER works, so don’t bother with it, you’ll just have to take money out of your wallet at urgent care

Takes way too long to open

I timed it once - it took more than three minutes to open the app. If I don’t launch it when I’m at least five minutes away from work, I don’t bother. If I try to launch it when I’m pulling in, it isn’t open by the time I have walked in.

Signing in is impossible!

Every time I try to sign in I get an error message. I just changed my password and tried to sign in and it “doesn’t recognize my password or username “. I called support and didn’t get much help
