Terrible for employees
This app is awful for employees. Myself as well as many others get kicked out and have to re-login multiple times each week.
New update and now broken
Updated 3-30-21, can no longer access Mychart nor schedule Covid testing. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Unable to even create an account. Not helpful at all!
All together now
I really like that everything is all together in one stop shop. Also used the preview my hardware feature which was helpful V.A. waiting til the visit was supposed to start.
