The Froedtert&MCW app helped me connect with a physician in minutes and allowed me to get my issue diagnosed and taken care of quickly!

The on-demand platform was so slick and easy to use for a same day urgent care appointment. Also super easy to link my MyChart account. Can’t wait to see what else I can access from here in the future!

User friendly and easy!
Easy to use to access mychart and other froedtert services all from one place. Used the on-demand video visit over the weekend and saved myself a trip to urgent care and it took less than 15 minutes.

Review just for virtual visit
App kept crashing every time I would try to enter my virtual appointment. Could not get it to work and tech support could not solve. Using iPhone 11 13.3.1
Symptom check doesn’t work
Once you get to the part where it asks for symptoms the keyboard disappears and you’re not able to type on iPhone X
Disappointed
Disappointed...installed on my ipad but would only show in portrait mode...have to undock from my keyboard every time we want to use it...definitely discourages frequent use....should be easily fixed by the author...won’t use other apps with this limitation.

Easy to use
So glad this app was easy to use. Took a minute to sign up and create. With Coronavirus and everyone being so busy being able to setup virtual visits will be very convenient for my family.
